Mr. Schepens currently serves as managing director of LaunchTech Communications, a Baltimore-based public relations and strategic marketing firm focused on cybersecurity and emerging technologies. In this role, he oversees the agency's health and profitability while directing strategic accounts, client engagement, and overall agency growth.

Since 2015, Mr. Schepens has played a key role in growing the agency into a respected communications firm serving the cybersecurity industry. Under his leadership, the company expanded rapidly, reaching $2 million in revenue and building a specialized team focused on security and technology clients.

Before founding LaunchTech, he served as vice president at W2 Communications, where he led the firm’s go-to-market services for technology companies. In that role, he advised clients on product positioning, corporate messaging, and strategic marketing initiatives.
